Can’t Get Online? Try a reset first.
Many issues can be resolved by rebooting your modem. For a basic network, you can try unplugging the modem/router for 60 seconds, and then plug it back in. Reboot the device with the issue and try again.

Test your internet speed
What is a good internet speed?
Generally, 25 Mbps should be good enough speed for 1 or 2 users, and can handle HD video streaming, online gaming, web browsing and downloading. Families or small businesses with 3 or 4 users will consider at least 100 Mbps. Small growing business networks can easily exceed 500 Mbps for supporting multiple devices, users and services.
Slowness can be caused by issues with a modem or router, Wi-Fi signal, devices on your network saturating your bandwidth, etc.
Compare the speed test results against the Internet speed that you’re paying for (viewable in your account with the service provider, or maybe on your bill).
Before the test, be sure to stop any downloads, streaming, and other heavy internet activity within the network before running the test for more accurate results.
